Card, token, sheet measurements. Anyone know these?

By Arcan, in Fan Creations

I've been wanting to print out some custom material for a while, but since it's quite costly to get it done professionally, I'd like to make sure I get it right the first time. Alternatively, if someone has experience in printing at home , please share the wealth with me :)

So, I'm mainly wondering about paper/cardboard type, thickness (weight) and measurements (in mm) for:

- Ancient One/Investigator Sheets.

- Small cards (Items, Spells, Allies etc).

- Big cards (Mythos, Encounters, etc).

- Game Board

- Tokens and gate markers (not important, but could be nice to know)

I don't own a ruler or paper weight myself, but I'm considering investing if nobody knows the measurements already.

If anyone has a guide at hand for printing game material, or has experience doing it, please share! Thanks in advance!

First off, if you haven't looked at it yet, I recomend you download Strange Eons. It's a wonderful program that's helpful in creating custom things for Arkham Horror.

Second, I use card stock when printing out my custom stuff. I've only made items/spells/allies/investigators, so I've got some template documents already saved up, labled "front" and "back" for when I print out the things.

Third, when making the markers, I cut out the shape on a shipping box (such as one from Amazon). I then glue the custom markers to the cardboard cutout piece. They're pretty durable and fit well into the plastic tabs.

Hope this helps!
