I don't take part n tourneys not had gd experience with them so with that in mind what do ppl think about this list for a bit of fun

In general this Build could do OK, but I think your Vader setup is a bit spendy and ineffective.

The advanced is already pretty tanky, no need to spend another 4 points on the shield upgrade. If you give him a Engine upgrade you can both boost and barrelroll, combine this with Vaders 2 actions and you have interceptor level manoeuvrability.
Marksmanship is an older card and not of much use on pilot that doesnt specifically need crits (like Ten Numb) or needs the focus on multiple attacks (Han+Gunner or Corran Horn). I'd go with Outmanoeuvre to help with your weak 2 dice attack.

You could also consider dropping the FCS and bump Echo up to Whisper. That way no pesky PS9 pilots will shoot at you uncloaked.

EDIT; When you go the Whisper route I'd also drop the rec.spec. Wisper gets focus through his ability, but that doesn't get multiplied by the rec spec. Give him Rebel captive or give Vader Proton Rockets.
