Hi! I have just started paying house bolton deck and theres a couple of things would like to ask. If an opponent takes control of a character i own in play with some power on it, does this power count towards his or towards mine total 15? And when this character i own dies/is discarded under an opponents control, does he goes in his or in mine dead/discard pile? Thanks

Your victory total is always the sum of the power tokens on your House card and the characters you control. So if you lose control of a character with power on it, that power now counts toward your opponent's 15, not yours.

Whenever a character leaves play, for any reason, it goes to its owner's corresponding "out-of-play" area. So if you lose control of a character and it dies, it will be physically put into your dead pile when it is taken off the table.
