Missing Proton Rockets in Rebel Aces

By zlynn22, in X-Wing

I received my preorder of 3 rebel aces packs today. I was disappointed to find not one, but two of them included only 1 copy of proton rockets. Has anyone else had this problem? I now only have 4 proton rockets where I should have 6. I have sent a request to FFG but the response is pending.

If you have experienced this please report to FFG! I want them to be able to correct the problem.

Had the same problem.... kinda weird tho...

I realized that later tho...

Have to admit i did not bother writing them since i dont need that many anyway but... ya had the same experience!

Both of mine were included in my one box. That sucks though.

I'm hoping more people will write them. If it's happened in 2 of my 3 it has to be a huge problem. The box that actually had the two had the upgrades/pilots all scrambled up and in the wrong order (but fortunately present). I'm hoping if they get a lot of complaints they'll see I'm not just trying to screw them out of 2 upgrade cards.

I think its a tad early for you to cry foul and just assume that FFG is not going to listen to you.

You sent a response TODAY and you expect them to reply to you on that same day? You need to think about what its like to be the quality control person at FF. They aren't going to be able to answer your specific email immediately. I am a professional whose job does not include answering email "for a living", yet I receive over 50 emails a day about my job and rarely can I turn around anything on the same day I receive it. It enters my queue of tasks to get done, just like you have been entered into a queue of tasks. They aren't ignoring you. You need to allow them the time to process your request.

^ what he said. They usually take some time to respond.
Back in....July? August? I sent them an email saying I'd lost my Lando cardboard thingy. I received a confirmation thing saying the request was received, but I didn't hear back from them since, until a couple weeks ago. It took them 1-2 months to respond but they did, and were happy to replace the piece.
Just be patient. Good things come to those who wait

both of mine contained 3 copy's of proton rockets each .... bonus!!!!!

no not really..

Bro... Bro... I said nothing about them responding today. I know how email works. I'm simply expressing concern that WHEN the problem gets addressed they may be skeptical.

Both of my packs had 2, but I was missing a chardan refit. I will get around to writing FFG about it soon.

My experience has been that they are awesome with issues like this. I have had several large bases warp on me and they were replaced promptly and with no fuss.

Wow... now I'm gonna have to go through everything in ultra detail.

Aren't there only supposed to be 2 per pack?

Everything I've seen says that FFG will make it right.

There should be two Proton Rockets and three Chardaan Refit in each box. I'd definitely let FFG customer service know if yours was packed incorrectly.

I thought the upgrades were 2 of everything. You are saying 3 of the Chardaan Refits?

Yes there are 3 CRs in the RA pack.

3 Chardaan per pack, yes. With Rebel Aces, I'm now sitting at 4 regular A-Wings, 1 prototype A-Wing, 3 Chardaan out of a potential 5 needed ones. But my friend is buying 2 rebel aces packs and will have 2 extra Chardaans. A transaction of mutual benefit will then commence between us!

I wouldn't be concerned, FFG's CS is never anything except exemplary. Seriously, I have never heard anyone criticise their CS.

I got all the rockets but I got a card that had the crew symbol on the back but no picture and text. Just a blank square... I got Jan and Kyle so I don't think I got shorted anything but will double check when I get home.
