I don't intend on my players running into anyone famous anytime soon, but out of curiosity I wonder if anyone made stats for the famous characters from the the movies or shows (Cad Bane would be an awesome nemesis).

Lando Calrissian is stat'ed out in The Jewel of Yavin.
Partially statted. Basically JOY Lando has the stats, talents, and skills which apply to his role in the adventure not a list of every skill and talent he has. If they ever do a Battle of Endor adventure his skills and talents in that would be very different.
That kinda shows the progression of a Nemesis level adversary as years went by between the meetings. So... it is fully stat'ed. =)
I did Ahsoka Tano over in the F&D Beta forums. It's based on those rules but can be imported.
Spoilers if you haven't seen TCW Season 5 below:
However, I statted her as a hypothetical adult because by the time of EotE, that's what she would be. And given that she had left the Order some time before the Jedi were hunted down and never actually formally became a Jedi, severing her ties whilst still a Padawan, she has a reasonable claim to be one of the few Jedi who might have managed to remain hidden or overlooked.
I've half a mind to do a couple of others at some point, maybe. What I found though, is that some of the named characters (though not all) can be frighteningly powerful. Others less so. Han Solo and Leia would be fairly low level. Fett would be pretty scary and once you factor in the prequels and TCW, Vader would be utterly terrifying. That's one reason I didn't do Dooku. I was going to, but after doing Ahsoka I realized how abominably monstrous Dooku would be and just didn't bother. My players would be slaughtered by someone that powerful without him giving them a second thought. I'd quite like to see Maul, though.
