In Spiders and flies theres a location with immune to player card effects (Nasty spiders glade (or something like that))

Does that mean no cards can be played on this location ei Path of need ?

As path of need effects players not the location.

Im guessing you cant play it but needed it confirming by a LOTR guru.

Yes you right you cannot play any attachment on that location since you cannot choose as a target card with immune to player card effect.
