My problems are with the scenario, Ring Around Aachen, from the Designer Series. First of all the German has 8 deployment hexes, which means he can deploy a maximum of 24 units, yet the setup gives him 26 units. Secondly, the Americans can win on turn 1, and it is not even that difficult. Am I reading something wrong or missing something, or does this scenario have problems. Nothing is mentioned about it in the FAQ/Errata so I thought possibly I was missing something.

Did you send this question to FFG as well?
Does any units have transport ability? Then you could mount some squads and increase the number you can deploy.
