Of those choices I would go with Option C.

You can also run it with 3 Bandits (or 2 Talas and a Bandit if you want).

I ran those 2 B's and 3 Bandits as an anti Falcon list (I didn't face any), but found that almost every game I would have preferred Advanced Sensors on the B's.

I wasn't impressed by the FCS, it really needs to be facing big ships to really be worth it. That being said, I think that adding B-wing/E2 and Weapons Engineer is possibly a good option for a FCS/HLC-B, but then you are limited to 30 points of escorts. Jan with Ion Cannon is a possibility there (though without the crucial VI for Phantoms).

Airen with S.L. is a waste. Put Cluster on Airen and he passes off 2 free actions - 1 per each cluster attack.

I'm not sure I understand the Airen/B synergy though. I get that I can gain 2 focus tokens on the turn he clusters; but in my very limited experience with B's, aren't multiple focus tokens pretty useless?

They are talking about clustering double focus or double TL on turn 1. This list depends entirely on that first nuke, so it's not bad. And on subsequent turns you'll be engaged and some extra barrel rolls will probably come in handy.

I ran a Corran / double HLC and found the b-wings too swarm-squishy. If you can find some way to get them to daggers it really does help.
