while once again looking at the news posts, I have noticed the card Dakka Dakka Dakka!

"Deploy Action: Exhaust your warlord to deal 1 damage to each unit."

Which units are affected? On the planet where is the warlord? In play? Or something specific I have missed when reading the rules?

It's a deploy action, so at that point the Warlord won't be at any planet. They'll be at their HQ. So, don't overthink it. It says "deal 1 damage to each unit," it means each and every unit.

Great way to take out some opponent's swarm of chuds, and to boost up your own guys for Brutal or to turn on a unit like Bad Dok. Just be careful not to take out too many of your own guys.

It says each unit, not each unit [some modifier]. That means you do damage to every single unit on the board.

And people complained Orks had no board-wipe card
