Not exactly sure what this is, but I know that it's a toy. The best toy ever!!!

Pretty sure that's a mobile, something you would hang over a baby's crib.

That's totally a mobile with miniatures attached to it.

And if that's not what it was originally then it is now.

Its a very cool idea.. not sure how 'child safe' it would be but i get the impression it was done for the 'cool' factor rather than as a serious kids toy.

They usually have very tactile and noisy soft toys with bells or squeakers in so the little ones can pull at them and watch them move round and make sounds.
