To answer the question from the middle of the podcast, it feels like the opposing player was trying to trick his opponent into forgetting the cloak token and that seems dirty and/or cheap. In general I have to feel that every case is different. 1am is different from 1pm, casual vs competitive. I like how generally you don't see mind games happening in this game. I HATED the way that players would mess with their cards in numerous ways and drum the table to try and break your focus in magic the gathering. It's insulting to me, if you can't win without mind games, go home.

I agree. It just seemed to me a question of poor sportsmanship. Yes, I agree it is the responsibility of the player to remember his tokens, however, I would not want to win a game that way.

Thanks for listening!

I'm up to the discussion of the Y-wing and I have to say that live is much different now for the Y-wing than before. The low green dice had Y-wings die pretty fast when dealing with a lot of Tie Fighters. Back in Wave 1, you didn't have anything you faced other than a bunch of Tie Fighters. I think people used Y-wings a bit, but quickly dropped them.

I wanted to try them out after a bit of an absence from the game and found Y-wings incredibly effective. Dutch with Ion Turrent because very useful. This is due to the fact that most lists only have around 3 ships in them these days. The Y-wing doesn't die the death of a thousand cuts anymore. Ionizing a single Tie Fighter before didn't matter that much when you were facing 5-8 of them. Now, it becomes incredibly more useful.

Dutch with R7-T1 is fantastic.

I think it is interesting that pre-Wave 4 Y-Wings were failing out of favor in the meta, and poof, their back again and as good as ever!

I am a huge Y-Wing fan and never build a non Fat Han Revel list without one.

It's not fun to win because your opponent forgot a token. I found the discussion of local meta's really interesting. Where is this mythical Garven territory again?

Omaha! Yeah, I was really floored by that one too, I have never seen Garven on the board at all.
