The TIE Adv. is a slightly faster, yet less maneuverable ship then the TIE Fighter. I think this upgrade would show that the extra little speed is there by the free boost, but only if the pilot is very focused do to its maneuvering hindrances compared to the TIE Fighter or Interceptor, hence having to take the focus action to achieve it. I know taking a focus action isn't a bad thing, but its not as advantageous as an evade for defense, or target lock for assault, so it shows that the pilot is having to focus more on his actual flying rather then just strictly defending or assaulting. Consistently taking advantage of this ability would also make it more difficult to use ordnance do to not being able to use target lock while focusing on high speed flying in combat. Of course this title is not meant for Vader's ship, which is titled as a TIE Adv. x1 already.

I like that this card really expresses Vader's talent as a pilot by now not just allowing him 2 actions in a turn, but also the only pilot in the game who would be able to take 2 elite talents. And why shouldn't he? Even Obi-Wan said "He was the best star pilot in the galaxy." That's out of how many trillions of sentient beings? I know this would make Vader a very powerful ship in the game, but it would be at a hefty cost. Also the boost part of the title would allow Vader to perform the boost like the TIE Advanced pilots mentioned above, but without the requirement of a focus action do to his superior piloting skills.
