BBF-1 Bulk Transport for the Imperials would be great - especially if you could detach the cargo containers and put them on their own flight stands to use as terrain or objectives...

Or maybe the Container Transport http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Container_transport which looks like it would have more space for crew and utilities.
