Hello all. I'm turning to the public for help in the creation of an NPC. The NPC is the Home Guard Commodore of the Sullustan Home Guard. I need him to be fleshed out for an upcoming mission my heroes are embarking on. While statting out the NPC is welcome, I really need the commodores backstory and/or image for an intelligence file the heroes will intercept.

More on the SHG at http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Sullustan_Home_Guard.
My only real requirement is that he (or she) be Sullustan. If anyone is interested in statting out, I'd like to see some clear leadership and starship tactical skills.
This weekend, I'll be diving into AoR to see what it has to offer on Capital Ship Combat.
Minor suggestions to full bios are welcome.

Son/Daugheter of a SoroSub exec, Sullustian McSullustian, was destined for a great future.
(Borring Early Life Stuff)
joined SoroSub as a test pilot and performed extreamly well, impressing Imeperials who were there to look at (SoroSub Ship). Sullustian Home Guard also took notice and began to recruit him/her for a military rather than commercial asset. At the insistance of mother/father (the exec), Sullustian McSullustian joined on with SHG. SMcS began as a squadron leader, his innate tactical knowledge and ability in a starfighter combined with his parental units clout in SoroSub aided in the rise. After a few years and SoroSub's heavy handed purging of the upper echelons of SHG personel lead to SMcS's appointment to Commodore of the SHG. SMcS proved to be more independent than SoroSub would have liked, but could be counted on to tow the line when push came to shove.
(Not quite cannon, but as a GM you have total control)
