I do not have Innsmouth yet, so don't know exactly how the card is worded.

Would it be possible to let the doom track hit nine, then play an elder sign or use the Witch Blood ability to take one off, then let it hit nine again, gaining the violinist 10 clue tokens?

I don't think there's a definite answer yet. Similarly, if you remove a doom token from the track so that there's fewer than half, is Martial Law suspended in Innsmouth?

I assumed so but we should probably check ;')

I don´t think so. In the manual it states that Martial Law is declared "for the rest of the game" (page 6, bottom right). It doesn´t say anything about reverting back to normal.

Nice catch :') thanks.

Played a three investigator game last night with Patrice, Michael and Mark, against Abhoth using the main board and Innsmouth. I played Patrice and basically just ran around grabbing clues and trying to find uniques. I wont say it was the most fun I've even had playing AH but there is a certain satisfaction knowing that without me the other two investigators could not have done what they did. Plus, completely boot-stomping the game and making the AO cry is always fun no matter how you achieve it.

Another fun part of that game was also watching Mark, while on his journey through R'lyeh, take down Cthulhu with a flame thrower. Awesome!
