With the Colonist book out, and the "So you want to own a business" game mechanic in full swing, the odds of players being businessmen increases. Whats a GM to do for idea? Well, how about a simple random event roll?
It's pretty simple - decide if you want to inflict a violent night or a peaceful night upon your players, grab a D10 and roll as many times as you see fit. Then take your results and run with it!
