The other players on your team may play as non-Pirate, non-Ninja, non-Robot characters if they wish. I have special rules affecting pirates, ninjas and robots which I will reveal 2 weeks before the event to any team wishing to enter the tournament. The prizes will be lots and lots of promos for Christmas and the prestige of proving once and for all whether Pirates, Ninjas or Robots are strongest!

Sheffield December events for the forum-challenged
Inspector Gadget!! Is he a robot? [Q] *posted this on the other forum as well ><*
Oh noes, no edit button!
Q is another robot, Nagase is another ninja and the prerelease is on Saturday 20th
After going through the character base, I made these lists:
Ninjas:
Galford - Geki - Guy - Hanzo - Ibuki - Kazuki - Mai - Nagase - Sogetsu - Taki - Yoshimitsu
Guy practices Bushin-ryu style ninjitsu. Nagase though a cyborg is programmed with Hanzo's fighting style ("Ninja" computer geek). Sogetsu and Kazuki are rival clan ninja's. Yoshimitsu's style is Manji Ninjitsu.
Robots (and cyborgs):
Huitzil - Maxima - Nagase - Necro - Q - Twelve
Technically the only "robot" is Huitzil. Maxima, Nagase and Q are cyborgs. Necro and Twelve are biomech rather than robot but have computer-programmed cores (Twelve in particular is completely binary!), this puts them squarely in the "cyborg" category.
Pirates:
B.Jenet - Cervantes - Maxi
Nothing to add, pirates suck!
Would anyone be able to lend me some Genocides for the Water Patch event?

No problem.
You noticed that it's standard format, not water-only, right?
Not that it's impossible to make an interesting water only format or anything.....
Yeah I noticed, but I came up with this deck a while ago, and I'm not entirely sure that an all-Water format would favour the deck more than standard format, I'll just have to see.
Well it sucks, that I wasn't able to go to the Water Patch, but what were the standings in the end? Any lolwut decks used?
Hmm, the different characters we had were Lizardman, Sophitia, Yoshitora, Geki, Ibuki, J.Talbain, Mai and Akuma (if I'd entered I would have used Yang or Mignon as well).
The top 2 were Mai and Akuma.
