I'd say no, since bonuses fromsimilar sources usually don't stack. But they could give the bonuses to each other, since HA only works on allies and not the "talent owner" themselves.

Krieger, where have you read that bonuses do not stack? There are many details in the books and it is hard to remember every little one.
