Send the Decimator right into the enemy's teeth, and flank with the Squints. Downside is loss of initiative, but the RGP have good PS and the Patrol Leader makes for a nasty blocker and can still take actions if blocked itself.

I like it! If you're worried about PS, you can drop Gunner and upgrade to Kenkirk, which also leaves a point open for an initiative bid or upgrading Mara to Ysanne for maximum survivability

It's certainly a fun, if not fluffy list.

I think that could work. But why Dauntless? Dauntless is only neccesary on Oicunn.

Dauntless is there in case of bumping, so you can still get your action.
