Starting resource for a group game?

So, you're GMing an epic campaign with all three games and get to the part where they choose the group benefit. The Pilot wants a YT-2400, the Commando and Tactician want a base and the Shii Cho Knight wants a holocron. What do you do? What's best for the group is the obvious choice. However, that holocron would be awesome for the Force user, a ship allows for travel and a base is a good resource to rest and store resources.

This isn't about the RAW, more how other groups would handle this.

This was covered before: Light Freighter + Holocron FTW.

I vote give them the ship now and have acquiring the holocron happen within the story as part of an adventure.

All 3 sounds pretty Epic to me.

All three isn't game breaking. I would probably not give them the extra credits for the base though.

That's a good point.

I think a small ship, a hangar to call their own, and either a holocron or a ghostly mentor wouldn't be a terrible package. All three can come with their own story baggage, too.
