Our scout moved and now we do not have on I was woundering who do you become a scout?

I can login to the forums, but the page that pops up for the link won't allow me to login. Also, not sure if I need to re-apply for status. I was a scout, but haven't done any tournaments in a long time. I'm assuming I need to re-apply for "scout-hood" correct?

You are correct sir. Anyone who was a previous scout, even those that were a part of the GRT Scouts, have to reapply.
Not sure if this is the right place to post it at but do we have a scout forum like we did on the Saberforums? (we = us scouts)
