Lords of Nal Hutta: Hutt Space Sourcebook!

By progressions, in Star Wars: Edge of the Empire RPG

This was unexpected ...

1 word.... AWESOME.

And they're breaking their pattern a bit by introducing FOUR new races!

Sakiyans, Nikto, Ganks, and Hutts...

PC Hutts anyone?

This was unexpected ...

No kidding lol!

Funny enough one of my players was asking jokingly about being a Hutt force user, he was pretty sure that the Light saber combat would be role playing heaven.

Just imagining PC's as Hutts makes me happy as a GM. Challenging role playing is the most fun to experience.

I am so ridiculously excited for this. Suns of Fortune was cool, but my players had no interest in spending much time in the Corellian Sector. They've spent probably 70% of the last year in Hutt Space, though, and that doesn't look like it'll be changing soon.

Brilliant! Really looking forward to this.

Wow.. this is totally needed for my Game!!!

but..

Hutt PC's... Why.. why.. did they go there... :(

I never thought I would see playable hutts.

Well played Fantasy Flight, well played.

Ooh! A Hutt Politico rising through the ranks to run a syndicate like a fat(ter) Marlon Brando!

TCW totally beat you to it .

I think I just failed a Vigilance check. Did ANYONE know this was coming? This is an instant buy for me if it's anywhere near to as polished and rich as Suns of Fortune was.

And playable hutts? Seriously? For real?

PLAYABLE HUTTS?

GM: "Make an Athletics roll?"

Player: "What for?"

GM: "Existence".

This is great news. I understand why Suns of Fortune was the first regional sourcebook, but Lords of Nal Hutta is a perfect fit for Edge of the Empire. I am all over this one.

As for having Hutts as a playable race, it's certainly a possibility, but I can also see it more for constructing a really well fleshed-out Nemesis character.

I've been itching to retcon the fate of Ziro the Hutt because I love doing his voice so much :)

I did call the next book being a region book

All I know is if the book contains a picture of a Hutt with a lightsaber, I'm burning it...

TRUTH!!!...

I want to create an Doctor Octopus style arm contraption just so a Hutt PC can do light sabre combat. =)

So hyped for this! I now realise that was the book I subconsciously always wanted!

Although I'm not really a fan of PC Hutts. I'm just going to treat them like PC Drow in DnD, and ban them from play. :P

I think Hutt PC's are an unexpected treat. If any systems makes it possible it is this one...

I'm going to require Hutt PCs just to spite the lot of you.

I agree, but I think the tone of the game would be quite different. Less PC physical action, more minion controlling and social skills.
