Well it depends on what country your in.
In America it apparently is out and has been since the ninth.
Here in Australia apparently we still have to wait about another week and a half or so till we can but into the beta.
Well, theoretically it may be out in America, but I've never seen a copy in a store, and I don't know anybody who has yet. Even Miniatures Marketplace still has it as pre-order.
That's why I was asking....everywhere I looked was preoder only. Even the product page says "Available soon".

I am kind of annoyed by this it took them forever to role out the Age beta and it looks like they are trying to avoid that by just prematurely saying that its available when most retailers I ask say that FFG has not begun shipping them yet.
There are a few stores that do have it already. I would not use your own experience as the standard that none of the stores have it, as this simply is not the case.

Sorry I meant to put a "...." because I know that some stores have gotten them but I don't see why there is such wide disparity with some stores having it in stock and others claiming ffg hasn't even begun shipping them.
My buddy at his FLGS has a love/hate relationship with FFG. Loves their products but hates the distribution.
If you check the news, "Feel the Conflict", it will direct you to the web store and an active order screen for the Force and Destiny Beta.
It is also active in the Shop section. Still can't get to it through the Catalog.
I ordered it via the FFG website. It will arrive Thursday. It would have been here sooner but their shipping costs were expensive to where I am.

Well, I would say you are half right.
My FLGS put up on their FB that they got their copies in this afternoon. As of Saturday they knew of no distributors anywhere in the state (AZ) which had them and expected them Wednesday at the very earliest.

Got my beta book here in Austin last week, thanks to the fine folks at "Whose Turn Is It? Games".
What I didn’t know is that the FLGS can apparently only pre-order these things in blocks of four — they cannot (currently) pre-order individual copies.
What is with everyone getting the book in their stores? Why can't I live near somewhere like that? WHY?!?

According to the manager of my FLGS, it's been released and started shipping, but in his case, their distrubitor didn't get theri copies until after the shipment for that week had been made, though from what he's been told, they'll have copies next week.
Guess I'll check at mine atthe end of the week

My FLGS said that it'll be there on Friday or Monday - so almost . . . just a little longer. . . .
