They're up in the compiled resources thread
. Though, I should probably add them to my sig. Fixing that now.

I was Tortie.
Gosh those technical difficulties were torture on the relisten.
Also worth noting, my first session with my current group. Our first combat I was shot first with the very first initiative slot (by an NPC). My strain threshold was immediately exceeded and I was knocked out. I'm used to it.
It wasn't too bad. I'm glad you were able to join! By the way, just a typo, but it was a PC who shot him by rolling a despair while Tortie was engaged with a foe. Though, the doctor (despite having multiple setbacks due to Addiction Obligation) got him back into the fray before the fight was over

Oh no, I meant in my current real life group I had a similar thing happen. In my first ever session of of EotE we played for around 2.5 hours without combat. Get to the first combat encounter and the GM rolls dice to determine who is targeted. Lands on me and the first hit is for something like 16 strain. I went down right away.
Ouch, you're on a roll!
I've got a special Halloween weekend adventure taking place 11/1, 10AM PDT (5PM GMT).
The Quarantine Quandary
You wake up foggy-headed. Your ribs ache and you have trouble opening one eye. The last thing you remember is searching for Jasper Sunflare, a fellow agent of the Broker. He went missing while investigating the resurgence of Pig-Lizard Flu, Corellian Mumps, and Cardooine Chills that had forced a quarantine of several far-flung colonies in the Outer Rim.
A sharp pinprick in your left arm gets your attention and you look up, feeling momentarily faint from the sudden change in head position. The indistinct form in front of you slowly comes into sharp relief. You see Jasper standing above you, dressed in a lab coat, and wearing a grim expression. As you feel cold liquid spilling into your vein, you hear him say, “I’m sorry, but this is the only way…”
This Halloween weekend adventure starts in media res. You and your fellow agents of the Broker must quickly take account of your situation as captives, find out what Jasper has done to you, deal with two factions that will stop at nothing to bring you down, and face a deadly plague, all while the clock is ticking. You will be faced with many choices, each with rewards and dire consequences that are affected by the mission timer.
Come join the fun, thrills, and chills for this special Halloween adventure! Starting build rules are standard first adventure xp. All races and careers are allowed from all three sourcebooks and and official supplementary materials. If you played in any previous "Shadow of the Broker" pick-up games, include the xp gained from those when joining this one

Quick disclaimer! This was written last year. While disease is a theme, this Star Wars adventure was not prompted by the awful situation with Ebola currently happening.
Edited by verdantsfI did not get a chance to play in the game but I got to observe. It was a lot of fun and very fun to watch. The GM is skilled and the folks that play, that I have seen, mesh together well and have none of the "That Guys" that can pop up in online role playing.
Sorry we didn't have space for you, but glad you had a good time, nevertheless! Thanks to Maveritchell (Teks Meeg), this time, the dice rolls and background are visible on the
recording

That was fantastic last night. Lots of social, combat, and all-round hijinx, along with a great and twisty plot, made for a lot of fun. Looking forward to the next one!

Due to the number of sign-ups for the Halloween adventure, it's being modified to accommodate more players (two teams of up to 6). Forum member Maveritchell and I will be running two games concurrently... with a twist. Rather than using alternate universes as an explanation for the two games, both teams will be involved in the SAME adventure, though operating in separate portions of the map. He and I will be in communication, so objectives completed by one team will affect the other in real time.
Edited by verdantsfOh wow. Looking forward to it. The Scrapheap King was excellent!
Wish I could make it, but I'll be at a friend's wedding. Look forward to the next one!

Due to the wait list, GM-Kyle has generously offered to run this a second time later this weekend!
GMing for the group was awesome and I can not wait for Sunday to do it again! This has really inspired me to start writing up more adventures. I must say this is my favorite system to play currently.
Great job, man! Thanks again for coming on board. As much as I love GM'ing, it's nice to be a player, too
.
A very enjoyable game today! I didn't do much but what my Wookie did do was highly effective I feel.
I'll say! 5 successes off of a Formidable difficulty check
. That door didn't know what hit it. "Wookiee smash!"
Another fun multigroup campaign tonight. Very enjoyable
Glad you had a good time! It was a lot of fun to run this along with Maveritchell!
These games seem like alot of fun, will you be sharing these adventures at all in a readable format?
Yup, you can find them in the compiled resources list, as well as my sig
. On a related note, the next game is coming up this weekend, if you'd like to join in!
The Price is Might
Saturday, 11/8, 10am Pacific
As the Galactic Civil War rages on, the Empire is forced to loosen its grip beyond the Core.
With illicit trading on the rise, sometimes strange and wondrous artifacts change hands without anyone realizing their true value.
When the Broker learns of a relic from a bygone age hitting the black market, agents are quickly dispatched. The odds of securing it are slim, for few things of monetary worth escape the notice of the Hutts…
