Am I the only one loving to play lists with the same PS on all ships?

By Pirrekurr, in X-Wing

The title says it all. I used to play Red Daggers a lot, now I have changed to a 2xDagger Squadron with adv sensors and 3xTala Squadron build with 7 Points of bling (I have used 2x Ion Missiles and 1 Munitions Failsafe on my Talas, but am goint to try out a Heavy Laser cannon on one of the Daggers.

I just love being able to change my play order every turn. And it is really superior if I manage to create a kind of mosh pit in the middle with everything crashing together.

Thinking of this for fun

Not just you. I find the options it gives you to be insanely valuable, and it is something I think most Swarm players could attest to as well.

Two Rookie X-Wings and two Blue Squadron B-Wings with Heavy Laser Cannons (think it might be called Blue Thunder) all PS 2. My standard 'go-to' Rebel list... Until my Falcon arrives next week!

You are not alone out there. :)

Ideally I'd have one (very) high PS ship and all others on exactly the same PS.

It makes manoeuvring *so* much easier.

People who use predator (everyone) must love you.

I tend to stick to a lot of PS 4 builds still. I suppose it's a hold-over for me from earlier waves. I do sometimes, like Elkerlyc says too, use one high PS pilot, with all the PS 4 fun.

I'll echo the sentiment that it's a benefit to move all my ships in whatever order I want rather than trying to string together some elaborate plan in my brain when I'm setting the dials, only to forget exactly what I wanted to do in what order when it's time to move and interact with my opponent's moves.
