what is the difference between this 2 Swift Symbols.

For Example Valkia the Bloody has 2 times Swift staying on it what is the difference between both? When she is empowered she can use Swift for her counter Strenght or what does it mean?

One is for attack strength (black) and the other is for counter strength (white).

Valkia is always swift when she is attacking an enemy she is pinning, and her counter gains swift when she is empowered (in addition to the usual benefits).
