I wonder if its possible in a campain for your group to be captured by a sith cult or darth vader or someone. And they ask you to join them and kill the rest of your party members. can you say yes
Dark side
can you say yes
I'd go a bit further and have one of them recruit the player character as a potential agent or padawan and in return they'll help free their fellow party members as long as their deal remains secret.
I've been considering a few ideas that's been inspired by some alternative campaigns where there's more than the Rebels and Empire involved and I've been left wondering what if someone thinks the Empire is the best option but someone has to prune the withered or sickly branches weakening the Empire as a whole?
Then you could have your PC actually helping the good guys whilst they remain unaware that they're actually helping one of the bad guys for whom this actually helps them accomplish their goals all without drawing the attention of those who might object (for example the Emperor as the character idea I'm considering is the son of a force user who was killed because he stumbled onto Darth Plagueis and Palpatine thought he knew who he was).
If I ever get that game off the ground I'm going for making the prequels COMPNOR's version of events and that Darth Vader was a clone of Anakin who died on Mustafar and the true Anakin was brainwashed into assuming Darth Vader's identity believing Obi-Wan murdered Padme and the Jedi did try to usurp Palpatine.
So Obi-Wan was telling Luke the truth he just didn't know Darth was Anakin before he died, as a force spirit he had the time to piece together what he learned before dying on the Death Star...
Of course in that version although Luke still officially blew up the Death Star it was actually sabotaged so when Darth Vader left to fight off the rebel fighter's Tarkin's attempt to fire the Death Star's main weapon triggered hidden explosives designed to make it look like the exhaust pipes were hit even though the main weapon should have fired before it exploded if that had been the case.
Yes I've watched that

If you go through with that and let one player kill the others, that's a wonderful way to start a huge fight at the table and make the other players not want to play anymore.
From my experience, having enemy agents as part of the PC group can be a lot of fun, as long as they eventually get redeemed and come back into the fold. A good example of this is the Imperial spy seed from Beyond the Rim. In that instance, the PC was being forced (or in the case of our campaign, the droid PC had a restraining bolt and was reprogrammed) to help the ISB. When his double-agent status is revealed, it should shock and amaze the rest of the group before they figure out how to deal with the situation, and listen to the ringer's explanation of why he did it.
However, if the infiltrator is unredeemable and actually wants to slaughter the rest of the party... I'd keep that to a one-shot adventure with throw-away characters. Either that or have the PC be eventually defeated and have the player roll up another character.
This has nothing to do with plot or anything, just with keeping the game fun for the players and not getting anyone angry at having their character killed by another player.
Funny story. LONG ago in the original d20 edition (OCR), i presented a Darkside character with this same option, but to kill an NPC. A rival equivalent NPC that should not have been a challenge. Of course initiative came up, and the NPC went first. he shot the Dark side character, crit on a 20 (which the player saw) and killed him in one shot (such were the vagaries of the OCR).
Yeah... so that was the shortest sith career ever.
I felt bad of course, but the [player was a little relieved. Apparently he had had been hoping to kill his character off, but it was just the indignity of it that we all found funny.
