Are replacement cards with the correctly printed fronts for the misprinted cards available for those who have incorrect cards? If so, how does one obtain these? Thanks.

I would start by contacting FFG's customer support. If they have corrected cards available (and I'm not sure if they do) then they probably won't have any problems shipping these to you.

Edit: Another option, if you're digitally inclined, would be to print out corrected cards on sticker paper and stick the new faces on the original cards. I did that for a couple of misprinted TI3 cards and it worked out quite well. You can tell the new cards weren't factory printed, but only when you're looking at them. It hasn't inhibited shuffling or caused any problems with "marked" cards (yet.)

I recently bought the Island of Dread, and requested replacement cards, but was told they don't have any. They have not done another print run since they corrected the misprinted cards. As far as i know, from what i was told, they do not have any plans to do so in the near future.
