I was arguing with a friend about this. I had Han with Luke as a crew member. During that take action phase I took a Target Lock. During the combat phase I missed with Han's first attack and used Luke and rolled a focus and two blanks. I tried to cash in my Target lock that I had on that enemy ship. My friend told me that I had to reroll all the dice if I used the target lock. I told him he was wrong. Who is right?

He was confusing TL with Han's ability. TL is any or all dice, Han is just all.

Just be aware that you can't really use both a TL and Han's ability together, since dice can only be rerolled once. Any dice you reroll with the TL cannot be rerolled again with Han's ability (or vice-versa).
