I see absolutely no flaws in your logic, Slugrage. As for easy to do, I don't think it's that tricky. Most guys I've seen that take Marskmanship as their EPT gennerally use it nearly every turn like a focus anyway. The only tricky part is getting the target within range, but when you do - ouch!

Yes you are correct. Although as a suggestion, Etahn doesn't need to be the one to fire off the torpedoes. If you had another ship with marksmanship and the torpedoes attacking a target within range three and arc of Etahn, then you would achieve the same result.

I was thinking of pairing him with that loadout, and three Tala Z95s with Cluster Missiles or something to that effect...
