I have a phantom, an interceptor, and 3xAP

im trying to decide between echo with stygium, FCS, and soontir with PTL

or

whisper with ACD and FCS and turr with VI

any sugestions welcome

If your friends field a lot of Wedge and Han you'll want Whisper and Soontir, else Echo. VI, ACD, FCS are good choices.
