Felicia question

By NintendoMan, in UFS Rules Q & A

Can Felicia:: use her ability to add face down cards to momentum (such as those added by opponents Yugao or the effects of a multiple attack)?

In particular im refereing to her first ability but a ruling on both abilities would be good.

F:Once per turn add all the cards in your cardpool to your momentum

F commit: before you clear your cardpool during the end phase, you may add any attacks that did not deal damage and actions from your cardpool to your momentum instead of discarding them as normal

I think its a no, face down cards count as blank nothing cards. Though her ability says they can be added they are considered to be nothing, hence how can she add nothing to her momentum.

Not quite. Face down cards that were added to the card pool due to some effect, like say Alex's support, can be added to your mommentum. While they may be blank, they are still considered cards. Multiple attacks however CANNOT be added because there is a special claus in the rules that state 'If at any time a multiple copy would be moved into a players mommentum for any reason whatsoever, it is discarded instead.' I'm pretty sure there are zero ways around this.

The only time cards cannot be added to your momentum is a multiple copy because of the claus. Otherwise any card may be swooped into momentum.

ok if this is the case then if Felicia uses her ability with multiple copies in the cardpool are they discarded or left into the cardpool in limbo?

They are discarded instead of being added to momentum.

as said, the only cards that cannot be swooped off their feet by the cat-in-heat are multiple copies... otherwise all the face-down card men will succumb to her bare-skin-ness
