I'll start by saying VI and ACD on Echo taking you down to 4 points remaining. I'd then say VI on Turr as well which gets you down to just 3 points. There's still lots that could be done with 3 points.

Maybe use what Steven has posted with Navigator to better position with Echo? The last three points perhaps for the squad.

Don't have a Phantom but looking at it's dial moves you have good chunk of 2-3 for options with the Navigator.
