As you can see, sealing with acrylic makes a huge difference in color tones:

The conversion ended up being only 1/8" or so longer than the stock model, mostly due to the sensor dish.

I was wanting to mod my Y-Wings to have actual, noticable turrets on them. Does anyone have a good source for turrets that are the right scale/look?

My attempt at a Firespray re-paint. Though I do enjoy painting these more than my Eldar.

I really like the matt look on the dome canopy.

Most go for the glossy look but I think that looks better

Lovely stuff Rob, considering doing the 'centre mount' cockpit on a YT myself.

I love the thruster glow on that transport. I'm vacillating between doing that and carving it up to wire in LED's.
