I'm looking for any news on reprints of the expansions because I just introduced my best friend to the game and he loves it but we're having a hard time finding the expansions for him anywhere!
I also can't seem to find some of my favorite parts of the old site.
Where did the rants section go and what happened to the updates area?

Where are you at and which expansion are you looking for? Some of them are listed as out of stock / backordered by FFG but a quick search in the US showed these two US online stores have just about everything:

As far as the features from the old site: they are still working on transferring them over or replacing them with someothing different here. I am sure the new site will be fully functional soon but they could have done a little more of this behind the scenes before unveiling it.

The expansions are still readily available from FLGSs and online vendors. Is there somethign in particular your looking for?

There are plenty of good suggestions here. But you could also try eBay. I frequently see some pretty good deals on BattleLore and its expansions - the best deals usually are for used ones....
