B-Wing and Nothingness

I've used a squad I dubbed B wing and Nothingness, and it was the following:

3x blue squadron (66 points)

ORS APL, Navigator, Intelligence Agent, Falcon Title

The three B wings would start flanking the ORS, 1 on one side, 2 on the other. first turn the ORS moves ahead 1, the b wings move ahead 1 and then barrel roll in behind so the squad consists of the ORS leading the charge with a line of 3 b wings behind.

ORS obviously gets in the face of the opponent, using intelligence agent and navigator to screw over any movement plans, and pot shotting whatever it can with its 360 turret - often at range one, it does some serious damage.

The b wings act as support fire, blowing holes in the actionless ships immobilized by the ORS.

It worked a treat up til wave 4, I went 6-1 with this list, including a 3-1 stint at imdaar alpha where I would have won had I not adjusted the ORS dial to the wrong side and flew him off the board just before the end of time :(

So, I'd like to fly the list again in the post-wave 4 world but I'm worried I'll get absolutely slaughtered by phantoms. Other than that, this list is great against anything. The B wings offer enough punch to eat up falcons/firesprays, while the ORS makes short, ugly work of tie swarms, tying them up, denying actions, getting the odd damage from APL and holding them in position for the B wings to take clean shots at. Even against elite 3-ship builds, or 4-ship builds, the durability and firepower of the three b wings is a good matchup for anything across the table.

So how might I adapt this list to the current meta? Mainly, I think I need to worry about phantoms. I'm thinking perhaps switching a B wing out for something with an Ion cannon? Then again, I've found that low PS ion cannon ships have a hard time punching through the 4 green dice plus evade/focus of a phantom who has shot before them and re-cloaked. I don't feel Ion turrets are all too effective at dissuading phantoms unless you also beat them in the PS department.

Any thoughts? Cracken with an Ion pulse? would drastically weaken my squad but would offer a serious counter to phantoms...

Lieutenant Blount + Deadeye + Ion Pulse Missile might be a better choice, and he's at least area denial for Phantoms if not an outright counter. I'm not sure it drastically weakens the list, either: you lose a bit of durability and a bit of attack power, but of course it strengthens your matchup against the Phantom, and against the other major heavy hitter in the metagame the lost attack die isn't terribly meaningful.

Roark + ICT is an instant counter to any phantom list. He can potentially Ion a Phantom leaving it very vulnerable but he can also allow anyone to shoot before a phantom gets to cloak. This can be very handy when you are bringing a bunch of lower PS ships. You'll have to lose a B-wing and some upgrade on the ORS though.
