I'd advise you to keep hydrated as throwing up will dehydrate you. Just don't use bottles from your car.

Depending on the quality of, I assume plastic, bottle some components disolve into the water if left in the sun/heat. This can cause your healthproblems. Glass bottles are more safe to use if you leave a bottle in your car.
