Just curious if anyone has actually ordered from them this year. I was considering them vs battlefoam two months ago. I went with battlefoam, partially because I never got any response to my emails to lasertouch and they didnt have spots for a defender. I see their webpage is still not updated with anymore new ships. Does anyone know what is going on with them? I am just curious more than anything else. They seemed like a good product to compete with battlefoam.
Lasertouch still there?
yeah they didn't answer my messages ether so i went with battle foam over the 4th of july sale.. got a 720 bag am totally satisfied with them...
Edited by SwedgeLast I saw was a during imdar alpha showing that the Z would fit in the rebel slots. The E-wing does not fit well and the defender is a tight squeeze in the imperial slots. The Phantoms fits nowhere.
I have been meaning to get in touch with them about wave 4 slots, but will wait till after Wave 5 to get some more foam, or another bag.
I do like the laser touch stuff, but the extra waves have caused issues and I am all out of space now.
I honestly don't know what's going on with Lasertouch. I placed an order two months ago, and have heard nothing from him despite multiple emails. I would strongly recommend everyone look elsewhere.

Make of it what you will... it has nothing to do with me. Hopefully they have been busy and will be able to get back on track?

Edited by TezzasGamesyeah battle foam ALWAYS answered my questions.... not answering questions is a BIG HONKIN RED FLAG in my book.....
I just use the FFG blisters. *ducks under cover*

They're not immune to faults either. It took them a month after that sale to tell me that they had run out of 720 bags and won't be getting in any until later this month. So I'm looking at three months from when the order was placed to when it actually ships out.
Just letting everyone know we are still here and finally have court up all our orders.
Things will now run a lot smoother now.

I still use a Wal-Mart tackle box to transport my minis. One of the best things about X-Wing is that the models are more resistant to damage than Failcast or pewter, you don't really NEED foam to transport your models.
That said, it is much cooler.

I love my tackleboxes! I have several I keep in a big Husky brand tool box. I find it funny because I do MEP design and have been sent to the job site to support the project as it is being constructed. Normally when I go to work the costruction guys ignore me, but when they see me with the Husky it's all smiles and chit chat.
