I made this deck in 5 minutes..

Hehe Hey SCOTT GAINES. Yeah the oh so called godfather of ornage card blue card you should check this deck out!!

I made it in five minutes just for Lolz but also to explore whether Aggro's still viable..

Characters:

*Siegfried*

Attacks:

4x Crushing embrace of the jotun

4x Backhanded axe slash

4x Rising hilt

4x Yi shan's tiger claw

4x Hilt impact ( 20, yes, 20!)

Actions:

2x Base hold

4x Tieh lei iron thunder (6)

Assets:

4x Lolcadan's

(4)

Foundations:

4x Blinding rage

4x Glare from the abyss

4x The ways of punishment

4x Ka technique

4x Inhuman perception

4x Altered mind and body

4x Amy's assistance

4x Torn hero

4x Tea kwon do zephyr

4x Program malfunction

(70 cards)

Works pretty well, albeit it can draw an abudance of Foundations, but still I threw it together quickly let me know what you think guys.

Earth does have good tools, just no good draw or momentum gain =/

Well, couple of things to say:

-Hilt Impact sucks. I know everybody wants to use it for Stun: 2, but that's next to worthless. Perhaps consider Flooded-Nile Throw. Sure, that arguably does nothing as well, but it's a Throw, and in Siggy, well.

-Backhanded Axe Slash just shouldn't see play ever IMO. It's not Clones. I don't think 20 is the number of attacks you wanna go with. 14-16 is a good enough number, especially in a rather slow 6hander with a slow resource like Earth.

-As an Earth player, I'll say some things about your foundation line-up:

Tae Kwon Do, more often than not, sits there and rots. I realize it's a good spam foundation, but I just thought I'd bring it up that, while most people run it to "sort of" counter Rejection, its usage stops there.

Altered Mind and Body should see play in only one type of deck: devoted stall, if even. Battle Prowess is going to save your ass. Altered Mind never will.

4x Ways of PUN(ishment) and Glare are not just begging to be eaten by anti-discard (most notably Soul Wave, which kills your turn), but it's also just redundant, and this is coming from a guy who had almost the exact same deck, but fronting Jivatma instead. 3x Ways of Punishment should be all. I don't really like Glare, but I'd go to either 2 or 3, as Ways+Glare is a once per turn combo.

Your actions are also kinda crummy.

I'd consider adding in Dancing Battle Kabuki and Jeff's Gloves for...well...the only draw Earth has, really. As far as foundations go, consider stuff like Brooding, Revenant's Calling, Battle Prowess, Journey of Repentence, and if you lighten the attack load, you should be able to squeeze-in some Seal of Cessation.

Earth has lots of draw such as in hugo. wrestling army is good stuff as you get a free draw and its a damage pump for earth to boot!. How about monster lariot? 4mid for 5 and a 3cc with a block is great plus it lets you draw and set up incredibly fast. Im making a Seth earth deck and it moves really fast. I dont think glare is going to help you much so i would prolly recomend finding a better 6cc fondation. Good luck with the deck and yes aggro is definetly not dead.

I run BhAS in my deck... i love being able to hit at the end for another cheap check and adding savage fighter!

Changes made and Comments:

-4 Hit impact

-4 Backhanded axe slash

+ 4 Flooded nile throw

+4 Monster lariat

Yeah Hilt impact was quite pointless after all, still what do you expect since this was scrounged in five minutes? Thankyou Solstice for reminding me of Lariat, I keep forgetting it has Earth and neither choice has let me down, however, i'm really unsure of whether I shoud've cut backhanded axe slash... I love that card ;(

I'm going to look into my foundations but a few things are for certain:

I'm dropping the zephyr's.

I'm keeping altered's in. A 5 rolling tap material that gains me vitality is just golden, secondly if my opponent kills me before thsi deck kills them I honestly don't think prowess makes much of a difference :( Also Prowess rolls a 4 and isn't tap material, Lastly Amy's consitently and fluently does prowess's job.

I'll consider cutting down Jivatty' s cards, I'll admit it that i'm attached to his cards though they RAWK in Hanzo and are just plain awesomesauce all around, besides how much anti discard's used anyways??

It's not even so much the anti-discard: they cards are absolute Owlhead targets. As I said, all it takes is 1 Glare and 1 PUN(ishment) to deplete their hand; multiple copies are but commit fodder.

I'd still go with Prowess > Altered. If your deck were maybe 5Zangief5, that might be different, but as your deck isn't solely stall, I just wouldn't say (well Altered rolls a 5 and has a block). Prowess, in almost every circumstance, gains you 5 to 7 vitality per commit. But I guess to each their own.
