If someone has the two weopon weilder talent it says they take a minus twenty penalty to ballistic or weapon skill test. Is there anyother talant or skill that gets rid of the penalty like ambedexterios or something like that power bracing gloves???

Errata 3.0 page 12:

"If you have the Gunslinger, Ambidextrous and Two Weapon
Wielder (Ballistic) talents, you do not suffer any penalties when
wielding two pistols."

This is the only way to not suffer penalties when attacking with both weapons in the same round. But it only works with two pistols, nothing else.

Also, using the talents:

Two Weapon Wielder

and

Ambidextrous

will reduce your melee penalty to -10 for both weapons. Sadly, no other talent will completely eliminate that penalty (that I know of).
