There must be some kind of official inspection due as they've clearly redoubled their efforts.

Probably best to talk about X Wing I suppose.
Strangely enough we've been playing more Dust than X-Wing recently, and I spent a fair amount of time at Marvel Dice Masters last week.
.
I pledged on the dust Babylon KS. I've always fancied Dust purely on looks. How do you rate it as a game?
I bought into it a few days after the Kickstarter ended (seriously, who opens pledges for only 30 days?!?). Needless to say, I'm miffed that I didn't hear about it sooner.
It's actually a lot of fun, and not terribly complicated if you play on the tiles. The new 2.0 version has rules for both the tiles and tabletop, depending on which you prefer. There are plenty of corner cases, and scenarios that aren't covered terribly well in the rulebook, but for the most part it's not difficult to play. I'd say it rates somewhere between X-Wing and a traditional tabletop miniatures game. The interesting thing is that good use of cover is paramount; in X-Wing, red dice are better than green dice, but in Dust, cover saves are more effective than non-sustained fire.

I hope some warnings have gone out along side those deleted/locked threads. Report early, report often, don't reply (no troll feeding!).
Meh.
While I fully understand that the thread were sent to the void, I'm curious why it happened at the time that it happened. I feel we had just gotten through the worst of it, and they were starting to get good. ![]()
I guess it was just at the bottom of someone's to-do list, and today is when they got around to doing it.

Some people on here who recently arrived need to be banned or at least pointed up to chill them out or run them off.

Sadly, they don't realize what happens when you have a competitive game with the SW license. Similar instances have occurred in EVERY single forum devoted to a Star Wars game I've participated in.
The religion mini discussion that took place in the sex wing thread kind of got touchy.
I'm kind of glad that thread got blasted.
@ wonderwaaagh. I have named the new magic set "Turds of Tarkhir" for some reason I'm just not feeling it.
I haven't even touched on x-wing in over a month. Been playing dragons dogma. (**** stupid game is addictive).
Well my 15mins of fame(with a "hot" topic) are up.

The only thing I like so far is Sorin, so I'm glad they got one thing right. And, interestingly, he looks better off in a mid-rangy, control type shell than an aggressive token deck.
I tried the Dragon's Dogma demo and wasn't impressed. Felt a little too much like Dragon Age, which I hated.

Xwing got me away from Magic, which was surprising because I love that game and building decks. =/ Maybe the cost.
Been trying to get back to it, but I feel so ... tired ... in a way. I know this is kind of not the thing to say, but the people who play tend to not be my type of people.
