I wasn't able to scroll down when trying to build my first mission (Solo vs. Fett in an alternate universe where Fett wants to disintegrate Han). I wasn't able to scroll down to use the Tools. When I scroll it allows me to move the map up and down. I can see Tools minimize when I click it, but I can't scroll down to see it.

In case it helps, I'm using a PC with Google Chrome Version 37.0.2062.94 m .

I'm having fun playing around with it.

Do you have a two screen set up? I had the same problem because one of my screens is slightly smaller than the other. Fixed the issue by using the mission builder on the larger screen. (which is also my secondary...this may or may not have something to do with it)
