I saw an earlier thread (and lost it) where it was stated in the Huge Ship Rules that a GR-75 Transport (or any huge ship) cannot have the Navigator as crew. I have read the rules and do not find that rule. Is this the case?

Yep. That's right. Applies to all Huge ships, not just the transport.

Thanks. we were not playing with Epic Tournament rules. i will bring this up the next time we play however. I was feeling bad about our first outing, but no one knew and we just went with the Huge Ship Rules.

Which is exactly what my group did when one of the guys came along with the Tantive IV. Everything is going to be new to you at some stage. And some things are buried in obscure places in the rules while others are buried in addendums. My suggestion would be to download all of the pdf files regarding rules, FAQs, and tournament stuff. Then you can search through it quickly and find the answers.
