What should be the cost for this in DH thrones? My thought is 5000 Thrones as it is Very Rare and the only 2 Very Rare Items I can find are Cortex Implants and the Chem Gland.

The Macharian Handbook fan supplement on this very forum is handy reference for this sort of thing. Don't remember what it has Blackbone priced at, though. Might be under the BC name ... which I don't remember. Meh.

Offhand, probably not an unreasonable price.
