Your Star Wars RPG supplement book wishlist

There should be plenty of stuff in the Engineer Career Book.
I would like to see something about shipyards and military bases. A book that encompasses Kuat, Rendili, and the Rebel yards over Mon Calamari would be very interesting, and include some orbital battle stations, new ships, and opportunities for species.
A book about criminal organizations that could cover Black Sun, pirate cartels, and slaver guilds would fit well. Some sector books about Mandalore or the Corporate Sector would be welcome, but it would be nice to cover something more esoteric.
If they could delve more into the lore of the Universe, that would be an instant buy. I'm imagining a book that included legends about lost fleets (like the Katana), spacer tales, and locations with significant but ill-remembered history.
Something else I would like to see, is sourcebooks that are geared towards ALL three product lines. Much like the RPG dice and adversary decks have packaging that is not geared towards a specific line.
This would be the best place to put books that are just geared towards ships, gear or anything that can be used by any character.
Long term, after all career books for the lines come out, this could be an effective strategy.

This is #2 on my wishlist, some gear/ships/planetary data books.
#1 on the list would be a compendium of Specializations. Once all 6 Career splats are out for EotE, take all 6 specs for all 6 careers (plus their attendant Signature Abilities) and stick them all in one publication.
The older supplements will still have utility, what with having new species options and career-centric gear, weapons, and adventure hooks, but when doing character creation, I kinda hate having to go "Oh hey, I have this core book, and then here are 3 other volumes with more options" just for the basics.
I'm still floored that the book on the top of my wishlist just got announced!
Stuff I'd like to see (besides what we know is coming - the rest of the career splat books)...
Important Imperial sectors (sourcebook for AoR) - this would have new Core planets and maybe a few named high ranking officers (Moffs, Admirals, etc). New Imperial starships, vehicles, NPC stat blocks and a couple of example bases/space stations/etc (Maybe even a map or two?!). Not sure what they would do for new races here...since the Empire is very humanocentric/xenophobic. A selection of encounters that fit the theme (like Sons of Fortune).
Important rebel cells (sourcebook for AoR) - where the main rebel bases are or rebel cells operate from. More new planets and a good opportunity to introduce a few more races typically sympathetic to the Rebellion Against the Empire. Stat blocks for more Rebellion NPCs, maybe some into on high ranking officers and the like. A selection of encounters that fit the theme (like Sons of Fortune).
Corporate Sector (sourcebook for EotE) - Basically the same deal as above, and it's been requested many times in this thread already.
Crime Syndicates (Sourcebook for EotE) - Same deal, Showcasing The Pyke and Black Sun syndicates, etc. Not sure if the Banking clans should be in here or in the Corporate Sector (likely the latter).
Don't know what I want for F&D, I'm not all that familiar with the EU as far as Jedi stuff goes...and frankly it doesn't interest me all that much. I will likely pick up whatever they do release for it, just not chomping at the bit for the stuff.
Hey I'm just going to buy all the books for all three lines, as far as I am concerned they are part of the same game (I have a complete collection of the Saga books including the first and second printings of the core book, and I make considerably more now than I did then)
Since you're talking about NON-career books my wish list would be:
- Clone Wars / Separatist Hold-outs sourcebook,
-
Hutt Space region book,DONE!- Bothan Space region book,
- Starship operations sourcebook (à la Galaxy Guide 6: Tramp Freighters)
- Piracy/Privateering sourcebook
- Criminal Organizations sourcebook (Black Sun, etc.)
With Hutt Space done, I can definitely say (write): BROWNCOATS!
Should there be a non-Firefly-Fan reading this: Separatist hold-outs!
I think a Sep holdout sourcebook would be awesome. I hope if they ever do one they stat the Wavecrests (I was really disapointed that Saga never did since it was first mentioned in a Star Wars Insider article on The Clone Wars)
At Fandom Comics we did the Wavecrest frigate (with ART!) for our Clone Wars fan sourcebook. You might give that a look to tide you over (see what I did there?)
Thanks. I've been able to find several D6 Wavecrest stat sheets online but this is only the second Saga Wavecrest statblock I've ever seen and the website with the other went down a couple of days after I found it. I loved a lot of the designs in the book though honestly as much as I like the Alderaanian War Frigate giving it 7 quad heavy turbolaser batteries with 4 gunners each seems a little much for its size and era..
I would like to add to my previous wish of a Career suppliment for Mechanic/Engineer careers. It would make sense for the suppliment with these two tech and craft oriented careers to also have the Arms and Equipment guide with all attachments and mods for weapons, armor, and gear. This really needs to happen, like...soon.
Assuming they stick to pattern Mechanics won't e the next EOE career book to come out but will be the one after that. They seem to go one non-combat focused career followed by a combat focused one. Explorer to Hired Gun to Colonist so far (I consider Smuggler a combat career since it has a high chance of run ins with customs agents, pirates, Imperial patrols, and possibly hostile Bounty Hunters.)
I think a large book of equipment, gear, and vehicles would be a good one to have. A compilation of all equipment in all the other books plus a ton of new gear. Also rules for creating your own equipment/droids.
Some extra fluff about the various conglomerates and companies who manufacture goods and some of the politics involved would also go a long way towards fleshing out the universe.

doubt that will happen. by spreading equipment in several books they improve sales.
Big book of beasts. I know most of the SW movies etc. were about fighting other peoplish beings, but I want a big book of beastiary.
Taipani Sector Sourcebook (F&D)
Imperial Forces Sourcebook (AoR) (Both GM material, and advice on running imperial games using AoR)
Separatist Remnants Sourcebook (AoR) contains informtion of the separatists, overtly for the purpose of having them in the Imperial Era, but with enough detail to run a Clone Wars game.
Forgotten Lore (F&D), including Old Republic matierial, Rakata, Sith Empires, and everything you need to run "earlier era" games.
1.) VEHICLE CARDS!!! (or book but would rather cards...) While its tempting to purchase the adversary cards with nice pictures and descriptions they've came a little to late for me. I have made 100s of custom formatted NPC cards and vehicle cards myself. BUT even though I have my own vehicle cards, ones with pictures of the vehicles would be well.... the number one thing I want from this game line ( or a book with a picture of each vehicle in it at least ).
2.) More region guides like Sons of Fortune. (I cannot wait until Lords of Nal Hutta or the next region book whatever it may be) SoF reminds me a lot of Galaxy Guide 9: Fragments of the Outer Rim from the WEG line, which is with out a second thought, my favorite book from that line. Like SoF, GG9 is LOADED with usefully stuff: music in the galaxy(!), swoop gangs, pirates, military organizations, criminal organizations, force stuff, and my favorite the media. "The Galactic Weekly NewsStack" has been a gold mine for adventures in my campaign. I hope the Hutt Space region book and other future region books are as jam packed with goodies as Suns of Fortune is.
3.) Equipment Decks for each book or generic "Star Wars RPG" equipment decks.
4.) "Star Wars RPG" Index books, you know like the dice and adversary cards...
As a GM that has to transport game material from here to there for every session I would like to see more CARDS.
I don't mean more specialization decks (although actually TALENT decks for each BOOK rather than tree would be cool.)
FFG! help us GMs out! make more references cards for us and less for the players they only have 3 or 4 pages of stuff to keep track of, I got notebooks of crap to flip through! not to mention a pile of books to carry around.
First off I'm happy the Hutt book is coming. That's a section of space that just feels natural for an Edge of Empire campaign.
I really want the Smugglers book to come out soon. They also feel very central to EoE.
For new books, I'd like a dedicated ship book. Not just a compilation, something with deck plans so you an actually work out where PCs might be, and to give them a sense of reality to the place. Some more ship modification options might be nice as well.
For the next location book the Corporate sector feels like a natural fit. Lots of opportunities for smuggling, bounty hunting, and tangling with the law without autimatically bringing Imperial heat down on your head.
For Force and Destiny a big Knights of the Old Republic source book for playing an alternate campaign to the standard one would be awesome.
I am running a Chiss technician with Slicer and Outlaw tech specializations, would love a technician sourcebook with loads of gear and droids!!
Just remember — if you’re looking for inspiration, there’s lots of older books that have some really good information in them. They just have to be converted to the FFG system.
I have found that the New Essential Guide series has been particularly useful to me.

Second that! I'm running R3-G1, aka "Regi", an Astromech Droid Technician with Slicer/Mechanic specializations.

I took an astromech chasi and made a demolitionist commando droid. Idea being people ignore astromech droids so they can cruise in to the vital areas and plant explosives and cruise out unmolested and then boom.
What do you guys think are the odds of FFG announcing another career book while the Hutt book is still pending? Is there any president for two books being in the pipeline?
I just want to see another career book by Christmas. An adventure book would be awesome but I doubt they'll follow a sourcebook with an adventure book.
There will not be another book by Christmas, I'm pretty sure of that. They tend to announce things far enough in advance. Takes around 3-4 months from being announced for the book to come out, looking at the past several releases. They have had multiple forth-coming books at once, so it is possible they announce another book before the Hutt book is out, it just won't be in stores before Christmas.

Don't come in here with your keen observations, sound logic, and reasonable assumptions ruining my hopes for getting a Technician splat book soon! ![]()

Check again. Stay on Target is still at the printer. Regardless, I was talking about EotE books only. Then again, an argument could be made that the three lines will have an impact on each other's release schedules.
