I know that this is really premature, but could we make an ipad game for this? I would imagine it would be similar to Warhammer Quest, and Elder Sign.

Not likely, as it would probably infringe on EA and the skeleton that is Lucasarts.

Fantasy Flight does not have the rights to make any Star Wars video games. So no.
