none of my ships are showing up for me to select

Thanks for reporting the problem. We are aware of a bug with the layout on small screens that prevents the right sidebar from being displayed and we are working on fixing it.

In the meanwhile, please use the zoom out functionality of the web browser.

That should allow you to see the right sidebar with all the ships.

I can see the side bar, that's not the issue

when I click on ships it doesn't give me the drop down menu of my collection like it show in the video.

the objects works fine, I can select the asteroids, just no ship menu

Same here. I place my ships on the right side of the map. After that the system doesn"t seem to recognize the ships anymore: While they are still on the map I can't replace them, click or doubleclick on them to get the drop down menu. Even the mouse doesn't change. Quite annoying.

Could you please let me know which browser are you using and what is your browser version.

Also please let me know the name of one of your quest that is having problems.

I'm using Firefox v31.0. The mission having problems is called "Runabout" (by John Tenzer) date 09052014.

Another thing I am missing from the mission builder is the recent cards (namely: Rebel Aces) and the chance to build custom fighters (getting other or more upgrades beyond their default set) for the mission. Maybe you can do something about that, too...

I'm running the latest version of Chrome and still experiencing the same problem.

I uploaded a new version that fixes a bug that was preventing users to select ships on the right side of the map on missions loaded from the server while the browser window was zoomed out.

Please let me know if that fix the problem for you and thanks for your help.
