A clarification please. We had a game with the Tantive IV and it was attacked with the Homing Missile card (the defender cannot spend evade tokens during this attack). We had a discussion as the Tantive had a 'reinforce token' on the fore section which was being attacked. This gave an automatic evade to your roll, but is not the specified token.

We took it literally that a reinforce token is not an evade token so did not count it, but we did have a think. Views?

Huge ships can't get evade tokens. And the reinforce token adds an evade result to all attacks against the section. It can't be spent.

I think your correct, a reinforce token is not a evade token. Thus it can be used against the homing missiles.
