Stress Control List

So after reading the thread on Jonus and Bombers, I had a thought for a list I might enjoy (I've played a lot of ion turrets on Rebs and I like the control aspect)

Jonus + Squad

Scimitar + Flachette + Flachette x 2

and...

Not sure how to round it out:

Bounty Hunter + Reb Captive

Shadow Squad + Reb Captive + ACD

Jendon + Captive + Weapons Engineer + Title

Thoughts?

You are going for the control the flechettes offer you. They offer that control wether you hit or not, with that in mind, you might want to reconsider Jonus as he only boosts those flechettes and then his ability is out the window.

Instead of Reb Captive, how about Ion Cannon on a bounty hunter? Jonus will help the cannon as well.

Jendon + title will let you pass the TL's before the first engagement. Thus you wouldn't need squad leader on Jonus. It does take some careful setup to get your hammer flying to get your formation in position. You'll want the shuttle flying center, flanked by the scimitars, with jonus behind all 3. He will be at range 1 of his friends, but hopefully at range 3/4 of the enemy as he will be the first target.

I used to fly a similar list in wave 3, but now with etahn, bombers just get chewed up. But with wave5, tactical jammer on the shuttle would be very cool with 3 bombers tailing behind it.

I would suggest trying to fit in determination on jonus and munitions failsafe on the sci's. A missed flechette still deals the stress, and with Jonus, if you really wanted to, you could always choose to reroll your hits and hope for blanks.
