Did you try painting the E-wing with a green sharpie?

(Just messing with you, my first x-wing turned out like that one as well. Eventually painted over it and fixed it.)

Firespray looks good. Did you gimbal mount it yet?? I have one done, its fun to see people stare when I put it sideways.. lol

I have been working on the painting skills :

Not bad! I have a couple of tips:

1) Don't be afraid to touch up your work. The green stripes on the E-wing can be made thinner by applying a coat of color on their edges that's the same color as the hull paint. Same with the excess blue on the skirt of the Firespray.

2) Don't do a wash or weathering until you get the entire ship painted.
